Sunsave’s Virtual Power Plant - Guarantee 

As you are eligible for the Guaranteed Payment, the section titled “Reward payments for the Service” in the accompanying Terms and Conditions should be read together with the following section. 

Guaranteed Payment for the Service 

  • Eligibility for reward payments. You will receive the Guaranteed Payment for participating in the Service provided you remain eligible as described in “Eligibility and participation requirements for the Service” in the accompanying Terms and Conditions.  
  • The Guaranteed Payment. You will be guaranteed to receive £15 per month (“Guaranteed Payment”) during the Guaranteed Period. 
  • The Guaranteed Period. The period of 24 months from the date that you sign up to the Service following your installation (“Guaranteed Period”).  
  • The Regular Payment. After the Guaranteed Period, you will start receiving the Regular Payment as described in the accompanying Terms and Conditions. You will not receive the Regular Payment during the Guaranteed Period. 
  • Your bank account. You will receive each Guaranteed Payment by bank transfer on a date of each month which is specified by us from time to time to the UK bank account, the details of which you have provided to us as part of signing up to the Service. Please let us know if you would like to update your bank details at any point.  
  • If the Service is ended or suspended. If the Service is ended or suspended as described in “Your right to end the Service” or “Our right to end or suspend the Service” in the accompanying Terms and Conditions, you will not receive any further Guaranteed Payments. If the Service is restarted, you will start receiving the Regular Payments no earlier than one month after the Service is restarted at our sole discretion. You will not receive any Guaranteed Payments even if the Service is restarted within the Guaranteed Period.
